The Property
The grounds of Le Fiscalou´ cover an area of almost 14 hectares, of which 5
hectares is used for camping. The welcoming family campsite has 50 pitches
for tents and caravans. There is a restaurant and a swimming pool. The easy
accessible site is situated at 600 kilometres south of Paris in the
Midi-Pyrenees region, in the department of Tarn (81). Many picturesque small
villages and towns are in the immediate surroundings of the site. A
supermarket, a doctor, a vet and a pharmacy are in the neighbouring village
of Monclar, 8 kilometres away. In the vicinity are several beautiful golf
courses
The chalet
The chalets are constructed from excellently insulated, impregnated wood
with a tiled roof. The three-room chalets have a surface of 35 square
meters. The inside finishing is in light wood. There is a bedroom with a
double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, a living area with
kitchenette. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and extractor
hood, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The shower and toilet are separate.
Each chalet has a spacious, partly covered veranda. The chalets are heated
by electric radiators and have double glazing.
Facilities
The chalets are situated within the naturist site. Owners and occupants must
be naturists. All facilities on the campsite are naturist.
Construction
The chalets are on lease plots. These plots, as well as the rest of the
infrastructure such as access road, parking, connection to water and
electricity, connection to the sewer system (septic tank) and connection to
the satellite dish are included in the lease. The chalets themselves are
properties of the buyers. The term for the lease is 20 years, with option of
renewal.
Renting out and mediation
For mediation in renting out
the chalets an appeal to our professional organization can be made. For this
several possibilities are at your disposal. There is surveillance on your
chalet throughout the year and from April to October there is professional
staff present on the site. The swimming pool and the restaurant are only
open during the summer holiday season. The chalets are open to the owners
and their possible tenants all year.
Kosten
The lease for the ground is 100 Euro per month. This amount includes the
maintenance of the infrastructural facilities and the use of the swimming
pool. The turn-key price of this chalet is € 55.000,- (approx. GBP 38.600,-
) incl. VAT and without extra charges.
